Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and resourceful Product Sourcing Specialist with proven expertise in Alibaba supplier sourcing to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and establishing reliable supplier partnerships for various product categories. Your mission will be to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and efficiency across our sourcing operations, supporting the successful delivery of our product pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

🧭 Supplier Discovery & Comparison

Source and evaluate potential suppliers on Alibaba.com for specific product lines.
Analyze supplier offerings, pricing structures, MOQs, trade assurance levels, certifications, and shipping capabilities.
Deliver comprehensive comparison reports with at least 3–5 vetted options per product.

🔍 Verification & Risk Assessment

Conduct due diligence on shortlisted suppliers (license verification, audit reports, third-party reviews).
Assess risks related to quality, delivery timelines, and communication efficiency.

💬 Supplier Communication & Negotiation

Initiate and manage professional communication with suppliers through Alibaba or email.
Negotiate pricing, lead times, payment terms (e.g., PayPal, T/T, escrow), and shipping logistics (FOB, DDP, EXW).
Coordinate sample requests and evaluations.

📦 Quality Control & Logistics Coordination
