Job Overview:

Open Office Freelancing is hiring a Google Ads VA to join our virtual team. You’ll start with basic Google Ads tasks, with training provided, but prior experience is preferred to allow for less supervision and smoother onboarding. This freelance, remote role is ideal for someone who is willing to learn, analytical, and can work independently. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in setting up, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, and Video)
  • Conduct basic keyword research and competitor checks
  • Write simple, clear ad copy and assist in creative collaboration
  • Help set up conversion tracking using Google Analytics and Tag Manager 
  • Monitor campaign performance and assist with optimizations
  • Support in tracking key metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPA, etc.)
  • Provide reports and communicate results to the team
  • Stay updated on Google Ads best practices and trends
     

Ideal Candidates:

  • 1 year of experience with Google Ads is preferred
  • Familiarity with Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and keyword tools
  • Willing to learn, grow, and follow training
  • Able to manage time and tasks independently
  • Strong attention to detail and basic analytical thinking
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Must have an active Upwork account
